My dream since starting my job at Compassion has been to travel to our countries and visit our projects. Five and a half years later that dream became a reality. We scheduled a Regional HR training for our Central and South American HR Specialists and I was given the opportunity to participate. I also got to meet our Peru Field Office staff (they rock) and visit 3 of our projects in Lima. I left Peru with a new concept of hard work and a new love for our Compassion children. I'm blessed to work for this ministry and I'm so thankful that I was able to see our work first hand in Peru.
The children in the CDSP projects we visited were precious.
